I had my first try at pilates today (yesterday..since it's after midnight).
It felt pretty good. Lots of coordination to learn.
I lasted an hour before I started feeling overwhelmed with the movement in my body. (Relating movement to exertion to endorphins to excitement to fear.)
Heidi says to do it every day.. maybe twice a day.
I don't have a foam roller..so I need to get one.. She gave me a few websites to order one from.
Will it get to me faster if I order it online, or if I wait until I find a store to buy one =oP
I'm ..too bored with typing to want to do it?
